2. Vendors retain ownership of the product information, images, and content they upload but grant DSG Marketplace a non-exclusive license to use this content for marketing, display, and operational purposes within the platform.
3. No content from the site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from DSG Marketplace or the respective rights holder
4. Unauthorized use of any trademarks, copyrighted materials, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.
5. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Account Suspension & Termination

1. DSG Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account at its discretion, without prior notice, for any violations of these terms or applicable laws.
2. Vendor accounts may be suspended for activities such as selling prohibited items, failing to fulfill orders, misrepresenting products, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
3. Buyers who misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate policies may also have their access restricted or permanently revoked.
4. Upon account termination, all listings, order history, and access to seller or buyer dashboards will be removed.
5. DSG Marketplace reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of serious violations.

Changes To This Agreement

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of the marketplace following any changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
