Overview
At DSG Marketplace, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and materials
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Personal care or intimate items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Some health and wellness items
Return Process
Before returning any item, you must first contact our customer support team to receive return instructions and authorization.
To initiate a return, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Any supporting photos (if applicable)
Important:
Do not return products directly to the manufacturer or send items back without receiving return authorization from our team.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns received after 30 days but within a reasonable grace period (subject to review)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of your refund approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated period:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (some processing delays may occur).
- Contact your bank for further updates.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit or gift certificates.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. DSG Marketplace is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
